About THE SAJ TUTOR CONNECT

THE SAJ TUTOR CONNECT is an education marketplace. We connect parents, students and adult learners with independent teachers and tutors for lessons delivered online or face-to-face.

What we do

Customers post a lesson request describing the subject, level and how they would like lessons delivered. Teachers and tutors browse those opportunities for free. When an opportunity is a good fit, a tutor pays a small one-off unlock fee to see the customer's contact details and get in touch.

What we are not

We are not a tutoring agency. We do not employ, supply or manage tutors, we do not set lesson fees, and we do not deliver lessons. Tutors on the platform are independent and contract directly with customers. Lesson arrangements, fees, cancellation terms and payment for lessons are agreed between the customer and the tutor.

Trust and safety

Tutor verification, safeguarding expectations and reporting routes are described in our safeguarding and trust policy. Customer contact details are never shown publicly and are shared only with tutors who unlock a request.
